Meanwhile, the officials of the Ministry of Jihad for Agriculture say: all importers of inputs have been obliged to register their imported product in the market (poultry feed distribution system of the Ministry of Jihad for Agriculture) in order to be distributed legally.
Saying that 70% of the required inputs are purchased from the open market, Mashayekhi said: “How can the Ministry of Jihad for Agriculture require importers to register the amount of imported inputs in the market but the free market is still more prosperous.” Where do these free market inputs come from?
Mashayekhi said: while the government approved price of corn is 1500 Tomans, it is sold in the market for 4200 Tomans. Soy, which has been approved for 3700 Tomans, has reached 14 thousand and 500 Tomans in the market. Factories also sell the approved rate of 3500 Tomans for 7200 Tomans.
“The severe weakness in the input distribution process has caused ranchers and poultry farmers to produce their products at a higher cost, and this has become a nuisance,” he said, noting that the pathology of who the free market should be. Product prices are rising in the market and the government expects producers to lower prices.
He added: “Other issues have caused such problems in the market, including the fact that late last year, poultry farmers were forced to take 150 million chickens, and this increased the consumption of inputs and caused the prices to Intensity go up.
Poultry farmers’ problems still persist. The Ministry of Jihad for Agriculture claims that it has launched the second type of market system and has eliminated the weaknesses of the previous system, but in reality, the complaints of poultry farmers still continue. Input production and distribution managers should pay more attention to the corruption holes in the distribution and eliminate the existing flaws with full transparency.
